Beosin Alert reported that DDC token was exploited for $104,600 in a flash loans incident.
The attacker swapped 1.3 USD for 26 DDC. The attacker used balanceOf to get all the $DDC in the pool and called the handleDeductFee function of the DDC contract. The attacker transferred almost all the DDC tokens in the victim pool into the handleDeductFee function, then called sync to update the k-value. As the balance of DDC in the pool was reduced to 0.0003 DDCs, after the k-value was updated, the price of $USD corresponding to $DDC is significantly raised, and a large amount of USD can be swapped via a small amount of $DDC. The hacker used 23 $DDC to swap for 104,600 USD.
