KaoyaSwap is a bsc-chain deployed decentralized transaction protocol built upon AMM and exchange pools.
BlockSec reported that the protocol was attacked and 271 WBNB and 37k BUSD were taken.
According to BlockSec the attack was the result of the bad logic of the swap b/c it miscalculates the amount should be transferred to user when the last pair just appear one or more times.
The attacker borrows a flashloan of 1800 WBNB, then add liquidity to [tokenA, WBNB] pair and [tokenB, WBNB] pair. Then, he gets 1019 WBNB after swap and 1029 WBNB after liquidity removal, leaving away with the profit of about 271 WBNB and 37295 BUSD. Funds were moved via Multichain to Ethereum.
Funds for the attack was sourced from mexc.com
