Peckshield reported that OlympusDAO's BondFixedExpiryTeller contract has a redeem() function that does not properly validate the input, resulting in ~$292K loss. According to the dev team, the losses were limited a testing period and not the full OHM Bonds release. This attack is on one of the smart contracts on Bond Protocol that Olympus DAO operated. The incident took place because the specific contract failed to properly validate the hacker’s malicious fund transfer request.

The stolen funds were returned later in the same day.
